1. Data controller
The data controller is Global Talent Mobility Services, a Malagasy company operating expatmadagascar.com, registered under NIF 3017750706 / RCS 718 991 073816, head office in Nosy Be, Madagascar.
2. Data collected
We only collect data you voluntarily submit through the contact form:
- First and last name
- Email address
- Phone number (optional)
- Subject and content of your message
For technical purposes (anti-spam logging), the IP address and user-agent are kept for 30 days.
3. Purpose of processing
- Replying to your request
- Sending you a service proposal if you ask for one
- Preventing abuse (spam, automated attacks)
4. Legal basis
Processing relies on your consent (form submission) and on the controller's legitimate interest in securing its site.
5. Retention
- Prospect messages: 3 years from the last exchange
- Customer messages: duration of the relationship + 10 years (accounting obligations)
- Technical log data: 30 days
6. Recipients
Your data is accessed only by the Expat Madagascar team. We use Hostinger (EU) for hosting and SMTP email. No data is transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. To exercise these rights: kontakt@polskanosybe.pl. We respond within 30 days.
8. Cookies
The site uses only technical cookies strictly necessary for its operation. No advertising or profiling cookie is dropped.
9. Complaints
You have the right to file a complaint with the competent supervisory authority in your country of residence (CNIL in France, ICO in the UK, your national DPA in the EU, etc.).
